The Tara Expeditions Foundation, the first foundation recognized as a public utility dedicated to the Ocean, is developing, thanks to the schooner Tara, an open, innovative and unprecedented science of the Ocean that should make it possible to predict and better anticipate the impact of climate change. It uses this very high level scientific expertise to raise awareness and educate the younger generations, but also to mobilize political decision-makers and enable developing countries to access this new knowledge. The Tara Foundation is a Special Observer at the UN and actively participates in the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN Agenda 2030. We want to make the Ocean a common responsibility.
