Any request on changes that will directly affect the program activities and final outcome on the graduation of students must be done through a formal request form. Examples of such a request are: pausing the studies, changing mobility, changing tracks, changing thesis proposals etc.

The form with your request should be sent 2 business days before the next Programme Board Meeting, which takes place each first Wednesday of the month (10:00-12:30 CET). Requests will be analyzed by the IMBRSea Programme Board (consisting of all coordinators at the partner universities) and final decisions will be made based on the information presented by the request.
