OASIS is the online student platform from Ghent University. As Ghent University is the main coordinator of IMBRSea, all students are automatically enrolled here and must use OASIS to access official documents such as your Transcript of Records, Certificate of Enrollment, Percentiles, Certificate of Completion, etc.

This system, designed by MarineTraining.eu, enables us to keep track of our partners, and to set up procedures and workflows related to the organization of professional practices or internships and thesis work.

Ocean Training is an online platform, powered by MarineTraining.eu, through which we organize the IMBRSea online courses. The B-Prep course is designed for new students looking to sharpen their knowledge before starting IMBRSea, while the RDDM course is meant to prepare semester 3 students for their upcoming theses.

All students receive a personalized email adress from IMBRSea which will be used for all official communication. A link will be sent to your contact email with the instructions on how to activate your IMBRSea email adress, which will be in the following format: firstname.lastname@imbrsea.eu
